STAY & PLAY POLICY

This is a Stay & Play tournament. Teams, including all players, coaches and accompanying family members are required to book accommodations through our official travel partner, Athlete Travel.

Upon acceptance into the tournament, team managers can expect to receive communication from Athlete Travel within 10 days. Hotel rates are discounted and guaranteed to be the lowest available group rates.

Please note that all teams traveling to the event must use Athlete Travel. There is no opt-out of this policy. By submitting an application, teams acknowledge and agree to comply with this requirement.

A minimum of 8 hotel rooms per team is required. Teams that do not meet this minimum will be assessed a buyout fee, which will be invoiced prior to the event. Your failure to enforce this policy with your team will result in disqualification with or without notice. 

Using Hotel points, Rewards, and Discounts such as AAA, are not allowed. Online reservations through travel websites such as Travelocity and Expedia are not allowed. Reservations can only be made through the Athlete Travel booking portal.
